Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, simply email us at tufayel5678@gmail.com. You do not need to print any shipping labels. Once your request is approved, our courier partner will coordinate with you and pick up or exchange the item directly from your delivery address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at tufayel5678@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by arranging a free replacement or exchange. .
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and personal care goods. If you have any specific questions or concerns about an item you purchased, please get in touch with us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us for an exchange. Once approved, our partner courier will bring the new item directly to your address and collect the previous one.
Refunds
Once our partner courier collects and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund. Since orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via direct Bank Transfer to your local UAE personal bank account or through alternative options mutually agreed upon.
